At CleSORA, rhythmic gymnastics is at the heart of what we do. Rhythmic gymnastics is a graceful Olympic sport that combines elements of ballet, dance, and acrobatics with the use of apparatus such as ribbon, hoop, ball, rope, and clubs. It develops flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and artistry while encouraging discipline and creativity.

Competitive Development
Our Rhythmic Development Program is designed to guide athletes from their first steps in the sport through advanced competitive levels. It includes pre-competitive Levels 1 and 2, where gymnasts build strong foundations, and competitive Levels 3 through 8, where they develop the skills, discipline, and artistry needed for success. The program provides a clear pathway for gymnasts to grow, gain competition experience, and prepare to advance toward the Elite Program.

Recreational Program
Our Recreational Program is open to children of any age who want to explore rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and supportive setting. Gymnasts learn the fundamentals of flexibility, coordination, and apparatus handling while building confidence and a love for movement. For those interested, we also prepare routines for our seasonal showcases, giving every child the opportunity to perform and shine in front of family and friends.

Xcel Program
The Rhythmic Xcel Program offers a flexible and enjoyable competitive pathway for gymnasts of all backgrounds. It is designed for athletes who are new to the sport, balancing multiple activities, or seeking competition with less time and financial commitment. The focus of Xcel is on personal growth and progress, allowing gymnasts to build skills, confidence, and a love for rhythmic gymnastics in a supportive environment.

Toddlers Program
Toddlers as young as 1 can join gentle stretching and rhythmic activities that build body awareness. At age two, children can enjoy Mommy & Me classes, where parents and children take part exercises together. By ages two to three, toddlers begin group classes with music, balls, and ribbons, helping them develop coordination, confidence, and flexibility. These classes prepare children to move into Level 1 starting at age 3.
